In order to use the eGiftSolutions app, you will need, at minimum, the Register Lite Service Plan and an eGiftSolutions account. You may activate the Register Lite Service Plan via the Clover App Market.
eGiftSolutions works with the Clover Station 1.0, Clover Station 2018, Clover Mini, and Clover Mobile devices and requires the Register Lite or full Register Bundle Service Plan.

You can only activate cards that have never been activated or deactivated. If your card doesn’t accept the activation transaction, try adding value to the card. If that doesn’t work, please contact Technical Support at 800-966-5520 — Option 3.
The card was likely redeemed for a partial amount because there weren’t sufficient funds on the card. Continue the transaction by taking a different form of payment for the remaining balance. You can check the balance of the gift card you just used in the eGiftSolutions App.
Gift card printing expenses are non-refundable once a proof is approved. The eGiftSolutions app has no cost unless you Activate cards. To prevent any charges, you may also remove the eGiftSolutions App from your Clover device.
