Gift Cards will arrive within 10-15 business days of proof approval. During peak times for gift card orders (e.g., holidays), please add 5 business days to the card delivery time.

No. However, if you request an original design design from our in-house graphic design team or require numerous revisions, updates, and re-uploads of your own artwork, you may be subject to an hourly artwork fee. We will not charge any fees without your approval.

Yes! You can email artwork to artwork@egiftsolutions.com. We’ll add your logo and/or your custom design onto the cards at no additional cost. Low resolution artwork cannot be resized. When submitting artwork, please ensure it has a minimum resolution of 300 dots per inch (dpi).

Pooling is when gift cards are activated and redeemed amongst multiple locations of a business. eGiftSolutions supports pooling.

We support the majority of terminals and POS equipment on the market, including Exatouch®, Clover®, Micros®, and Dinerware.

All QuickStartSM orders receive envelopes only. Custom orders receive a complimentary merchandising kit containing envelopes, stickers, acrylic displays, and more.

You can choose the shipping option that best suits your needs. The starting point is $20.00 for ground shipping of 250 cards. QuickStart orders are shipped via ground service at no cost.

We’ll debit your account on file once the proof is approved. After the proof is approved, all sales are final and no changes can be made because the cards will be queue for print production.

Yes, switching is easy! We can import your current gift cards into our network. You can even continue processing gift card transactions and use your existing card stock! And, when you’re ready to reorder gift cards, our team is here for you! This is a great money-saving option and provides continuity for your staff and customers!
